Happy 2013!

Congress finally took some action to resolve some of the issues posed by the "fiscal cliff."  More information on the provisions of the American Taxpayers Relief Act of 2013 can be found on the RESOURCES page on my website. 

This bill made some important tax changes permanent but left the budget cutting necessary to bring the deficit under control for the new Congress to resolve.  It will be an interesting  debate.
